History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Therai alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She is a Jackalwere in disguise. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
