As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 4'10". She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and her gloved hand is found clutching a warhammer. She sports brown long hair. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Juliana fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
