History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now owns his own business.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a lance on her belt. Her yellow fur is greasy and uncared for. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When Sun reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Criella was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Criella's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and a strong sense of loyalty to tabaxi people

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are green.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gimûb embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He takes great joy in being the best Blacksmith in town.

History: Born in the north to a Blacksmith, Gimûb learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's in love; and wants a kiss
