Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her blue hair is lengthy. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Decarabia was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Decarabia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Decarabia. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. The war was a terrible time for her, and Shautha does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Banker arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
