History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gardain grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gardain. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and many drow want him driven away

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, she wears silk and lounges about seductively. She has styled her auburn hair well, parting it to the right. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bendoo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Map Maker, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Her black fur is matted, messy, and big. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. A true patriot, Seven would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Seven has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'10" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She has slicked back auburn hair. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
