History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Kali took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to prove her worth to the world

History: Gifted from a young age, Serpent studied abroad. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has worked as a Miner like his mother before him.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Finellen hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and doesn't want to be a knight and was forced into it by his family
