Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: This man is very fat, and very much looks the part of a Merchant. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He worked as a nervous Merchant and found it very stressful. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'7". She is renowned for her bright blue dresses and hats, and her gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. Her brown hair is singed and shortened. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: She sports green clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her copper crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Ruloth lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Description: She stands about 3'11" and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She has auburn hair. Her eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Hlin was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
