History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He tends to his Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Spice Merchant born in the past three hundred years. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Bathin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He now owns his own business.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Geoffrey was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Guy was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she is typically in her Healer uniform. Her red hair is matted, messy, and big. Her violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing her hectic life and new healer responsibilities is difficult
