History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Cask took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Architect and was forced into it by his family; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Siffress will drive conversation. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She now owns her own business.
