His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Skoth took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and regain custody of her daughter

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Purban has worked very hard to control his curse. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
