Personality: He is fixated on the number 11. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Oppleby was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Oppleby decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Nurkara was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. She tends to her Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
