Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Soveliss grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Soveliss. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He takes great joy in being the best Marshal in town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Ront has worked very hard to control his curse. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Knight responsibilities is difficult; and to prove his worth to the world
