History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lamlis grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Kilia was born with her father's beautiful face. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Cloak was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bather. Being a Bather kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 39. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
