Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a Barkeep, her mother struggled to pay the bills. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His black eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Dharg was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dharg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and doesn't want to be a blacksmith and was forced into it by his family

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
