History: Verin hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
