Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mardnab was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Description: He is dressed in an above average manner. He carries with him a set of pickaxes on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mercenary. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in the north to a Mercenary, Diggory learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. Her green crest, when down, is lengthy. Her red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Guard profession.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Carter for the past few years.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He prefers to wear yellow clothing when he does not wear armor. He wears his brown hair up. He has gray eyes and a yellow hat with a black feather.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'8" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His blue hair is greasy and uncared for. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he desires power and/or immortality
