History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Eva was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Courier. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
