Personality: Carlin hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and her religion dominates her actions

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A gifted student she started as a Herbalist, but she got bored and became a Cook. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
