When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Orla is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Brewer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance.
