History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
