Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Charles was born with his father's beautiful face. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Charles began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the north to a Barrister, Sun learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Tailor, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She is a Lycanthrope in disguise. Her first spouse was a Spy, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to reunite with her old friends
