She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Halander hails from a village terrorized by drow. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: 3'5" and muscular, this southern woman wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She wears her blonde hair down. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Pyntle was born with her father's beautiful face. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Pyntle never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
