History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Art was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Art fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Traulam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

History: He was raised in a island tribe. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and a rival would like him out of the picture
