Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. She keeps her long black crest kept up in a rat tail. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arava grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arava. After months of barely getting by, Arava managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Sammal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Dagger was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and doesn't want to be a blacksmith and was forced into it by his family
