Description: This tall, slender man wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His orange fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a black coat. Her brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her golden hair is smooth and relatively long. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Pyntle was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A freak accident while working with her Locksmith mother left her crippled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.
