History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Shivering is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Shivering and her spouse have recently divorced.
