He prefers to carry a monstrous two handed axe, but if one is not available he will default to his bastard sword. His orange fur, when down, is lengthy. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in the east to a Servant, Serpent learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Courier, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'3". He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He wears his auburn hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Lûga was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Revenge; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Description: An older woman who wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, she is not a threatening figure. Her white hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Tailor. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and expand her business

Ideals: Artistic, Logical. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Job. Occupation: Tailor

Voice: Soft and mumbly

Description: She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with red lining and desert motifs. Her silver hair is smooth and relatively long. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jo isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Jo is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
