Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balam embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. When Chad reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Engraver for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and a deep hatred of illithids

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She has a long golden ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She has brown eyes.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
