Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. Her gray fur is greasy and uncared for. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Fragrant was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 4'10" and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized violet coat. Her white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. This amber eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Armorer.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her head has been shaved. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is content; and she seems to be bored by most things
