History: Nuraval was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born in the north to a Sellsword, Shadow learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sellsword for the past few years.

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 5'4" and wears a tan vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars. Her brown hair is heavily combed to the right. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is her passion

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and money/treasure
