History: Gifted from a young age, Ratbag studied abroad. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He struck the Bowyer job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
