Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Spear was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears an entirely violet suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her hair is black and very short. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Description: An older woman who wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame, she is not a threatening figure. She has a very tight haircut. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She takes great joy in being the best Armorer in town.

History: Breena lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She struck the Armorer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His white hair is long and unkept. His ears are large.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His auburn hair is braided into rings. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Pikar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
