History: She got into the Courier business at a young age. Her childhood dream was to be a Bellfounder, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a fancy red suit. His hair is long and golden with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has achieved small success as a Carter.

Personality: Lilli is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lilli studied abroad. A freak accident while working with her Jeweler mother left her crippled. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mason, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and many dire rats want her driven away
