History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born to a Marshal, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: She likes to wear green tank tops with blue skirt. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly spears and pickaxes. Her brass crest is matted, messy, and big. She has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Eggren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Eggren was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eggren decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she usually wears her black robe and has her kukri always slung over her shoulder. Her white crest is braided into rings. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with her Shipwright father left her crippled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and a rival would like her out of the picture
