She found a children's book about a Halfling Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Murook was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.
