Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He takes great joy in being the best Fletcher in town.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fletcher for the past few years.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing, and his gloved hand is found clutching a bastard sword. He has red hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This late middle aged man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it and is in decent physical shape. His blue crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The war was a terrible time for him, and Medrash does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a brown coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon her head. Her silver hair is wavy and long. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has achieved small success as a Ploughman.

Motivation: Expand her business; and sabotage a competitor
