History: He got into the Roofer business at a young age. Bertram was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Roofer. He struck the Roofer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Carpenter again; and balancing his hectic life and new roofer responsibilities is difficult

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull black iron scale mail. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Shoemaker, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: This man is very fat, and is wearing a long, yellow, dusty cloak. He wears his black hair down. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.
