Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Shax's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Qemuel lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He tends to his Farmer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nija was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
