Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: This man wears silk and lounges about seductively, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Layabout. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She was born in the west. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: A 5'0" eastern man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his glaive with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has shaved his head bald. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he's looking for his big break
