History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He has taken up work as a Shepherd and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult
