History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Phann reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.
