History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ploughman for the past few years.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Actor and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Qualen is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Juliana reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tailor. He now owns his own business.
