History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Ortegar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born in the north. A gifted student he started as a Bather, but he got bored and became a Brewer. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Brewer and occasionally as a mercenary.
