History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Drusilia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting orcs, the young Kite began to lead the lost caravan. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Barakas was taken on many hunting expeditions. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
