Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. He has blue eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paggen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born into a rich family. Paggen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paggen decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Born in the west to a Farmer, Skirt learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She tends to her Farmer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and balancing her hectic life and new farmer responsibilities is difficult

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Shoemaker, but he got bored and became a Barber. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found
