History: Born to a Shoemaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
