Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Dean was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dean decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
