Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. Personality: Kelter speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
