Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Jillian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Mayor soon after.
