Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a black cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. He keeps his long green crest kept up in a rat tail. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
